Candidates promoted by the Willoughby Leadership Council have agreed to the following platform:
- Control Condo Fees over the long-term by modernizing infrastructure, updating communications, innovating, and investing strategically.
- Maximize the long-term value of our building by investing in common areas, activating outdoor space, updating lobbies, and keeping fees low.
- Be transparent and accessible to residents and receptive to ideas and input. Solicit community input, work towards good communication, and share their own contact information.
- Improve governance by engaging residents, reducing barriers to participation, leveraging community expertise, and making sure every good idea is fully explored.
